Why future mental health technology is accelerating now

A few forces are converging at once: high demand for therapy, long waitlists, and growing openness about anxiety, depression, trauma, and burnout. At the same time, phones have become health platforms, and sensors are cheap enough to put into watches, rings, and even earbuds.
